We can build a wedding cheese tower to any size, taste and budget. We recommend allowing 100 - 150g per person, or if the cheese tower is being served as your evening food, allow a little more.

When it comes to choosing your cheeses, a substantial sized cheese stacked 3 or 4 high will usually look better than lots of small cheeses. We also have heart shape cheeses we can finish with.

Usually a strong cheese such as cheddar is suggested for the base of your wedding cheese cake. Choosing an interesting rind as you layer the cheeses can add texture and make sure your cheese tower cake really looks the part.
