Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Please type your detail clearly. Packaging and prices are subject to change or substitution without notification.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted via our secure website using Sage Pay (The new name for Protix).
Postage & Packing
Any mainland UK order - £6.95 (inclusive of VAT).
We do not ship to Northern Ireland, The channel Islands, Isle of Man or any offshore destination under our standard shipping terms. Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery
All Internet orders are sent by courier. We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason, we were unable to respect this time scale, we will contact and inform you of the situation. We will also contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.
On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you do not have the possibility to check the goods upon arrival, please ensure that the mention “unchecked” is added next to your signature on acknowledgement of goods. If the above is not carried out, The Corbridge Larder can take no responsibility for any goods found broken, subsequently.
Important hampers containing perishables must be unpacked upon receipt, we are not responsible or liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery. |
