RETURNS POLICY
At The Corbridge Larder Ltd we take every precaution to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order. Should this not be the case we will refund and/or replace any item subject to full compliance by the customer with our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Any refunds for unwanted substitutions or returned items will be made after the goods have been returned.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that all or part of your order is cancelled the following will be refunded:
If part of your order is cancelled due to an item being out of stock we will endeavour to offer you a similar or better substitute for no additional cost. If we are unable to offer this we will refund the cost of the product back to your original method of payment.
If your full order is cancelled the full amount of your order, including any associated delivery charges will be refunded back to your original method of payment
In both events you will not be charged for delivery if your order falls below a free or reduced delivery threshold.
