Fellside Beef Casserole. Mark's family have farmed Cryndledyke Farm for three generations. We met him on the eastern fells of Cumbria's beautiful Eden Valley where his cattle graze freely on the lush grass all summer and eat only cereals produced on the farm during the winter, producing wonderfully textured, tasty beef. Casseroled with carrots, potato, swede and a good splash of the exquisitely smooth Evensong Ale from The Durham Brewery, it's simply perfect.
